This jewellery booking scheme does not allow any refund of money under any circumstances.

The scheme is exclusive and cannot be combined with any other past, present, or future offers or schemes. It is also non-transferable.

No interest will be paid on any amount paid under this scheme.

The minimum amount to join is Rs.10,000. There is no maximum limit, but for amounts exceeding Rs.2,00,000, a copy of the PAN card must be submitted, and applicable TDS will be deducted.

Minors are not allowed to join this scheme. While joining, members may nominate a person by submitting KYC documents for both the member and the nominee.

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, online, or local cheques drawn in favour of “ELITE KP JEWELLERY NAGERCOIL.” If any cheque bounces, the member must pay the applicable bank charges, ranging from Rs.200 to Rs.500. When paying at the branch, the member must collect the receipt or original membership bond.

The amount paid will be credited either in rupees or as gold grams based on the gold rate on the payment date at the showroom where the member enrolled.

The scheme must be redeemed within 365 days from the date of joining. Members can also choose to redeem in gold coins. If there is any remaining balance after redemption, it can be used to purchase items like gold coins, silver coins, or gift items. This balance cannot be refunded.

For jewellery containing special stones such as ruby, emerald, zircon, diamond, etc., additional stone charges will apply.

The original membership bond must be submitted at the time of redemption, and the same person who signed the bond must sign the purchase invoice.

If the member does not redeem within 365 days, a sale invoice will be issued in the member's name, GST will be paid on the sale value, and the equivalent jewellery will be held by the company as "stock in custody" until collected. The company will inform the member about this.

Members must promptly notify the company in case of an address change or if the membership bond is lost.

All applicable GST must be paid by the member. If there is any increase in taxes or introduction of new levies, the member must bear those charges as well.

The company may change, add, remove, or suspend any part of the scheme without prior notice. In such cases, the member cannot claim a refund but may purchase items equal to the value or gold grams credited.

Redemption is allowed only at the same showroom and state where the member joined the scheme.

All legal matters related to the scheme will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nagercoil.
