The website is owned and operated by Elite KP Jewellery Limited, with its registered office at 177, KP building, Meenakshipuram, Vadiveeswaram Village, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu 629001.

Annotation

Elite KP Jewellery Limited shall henceforth be referred to as Elite KP Jewellery Ltd, Elite KP Jewellery, Elite KP, The management, The Jeweller, The company, The corporate, Us, We, www.elitekpjewellery.com, elitekpjewellery.com, EKP or EKPL.
Jewellery or Jewels mean any customized, designed, or pre-designed jewels in precious metals such as Gold, Platinum, or Silver with or without stones or any precious elements, and can also mean gold coins.
Stones include all precious and semi-precious stones like diamonds, emeralds, pearls, etc.
Users or customers of this website are referred to as User, You, Your, or Customer. Registered users are members or registered members. Merchandise paid for by a member and intended as a gift to be delivered to someone else at a different address shall be considered as a Gift.

User Agreement

Elite KP Jewellery’s policies create and promote a safe and fair trading environment for all customers. All users or members are responsible for understanding Elite KP Jewellery’s policies, applicable laws, and abiding by them.

Amendments

The user agreement complies with the prevailing laws of India and follows the Government of India’s amendments to the Information Technology Amendment Act, 2008 (ITAA 2008), focusing on Information Security, Cyber Terrorism, and Data Protection. Sensitive Personal Information and Reasonable Security Practices mentioned in Section 43A of ITAA, 2008, are followed. Users from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws. Delivery of products is within the geographical boundary of India only. Any interest in overseas shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility, and Elite KP Jewellery or associates are not liable for such transactions.

Eligibility Criteria

Anyone deemed incompetent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or under 18 years of age is ineligible to use this website or become a member.

Registration Obligation

Users must provide true, accurate, detailed, current, and complete information as required during registration on www.elitekpjewellery.com. If the information is found untrue or inconsistent with the user agreement, Elite KP Jewellery reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate membership and restrict access indefinitely.

Registration

Registration is simple and free. Users must provide personal information, including Name, Address, Phone number, and Date of Birth for age verification. Users can update their login password securely and are advised not to share login details. Email address verification is mandatory as it is the primary communication medium for purchase confirmations, shipping, payments, and important information.

PRIVACY POLICY AND ACCEPTANCE OF USER AGREEMENT

Users must accept the user agreement and privacy policy to continue registration.

User ID Creation

Users create a unique User ID and password for login. Password reset is available through the registered email. Strong passwords combining letters, numbers, and special characters are recommended.

Tax and Value Added Charges

According to Indian government regulations, all jewels (Gold, Silver, Diamond, Platinum, or other precious metals with or without stones) are subject to GST. GST replaced previous excise and VAT taxes with a single tax of 3%.

The cost of jewels includes material content, designing, making charges, and wastages. Elite KP Jewellery determines product costs, which are referred to as Value Added Charges.

Termination of Agreement

Elite KP Jewellery reserves the right to terminate membership if terms or privacy policies are violated, without prior notice. Members must erase any downloaded or copied data upon termination. Termination does not absolve outstanding payments. Members can terminate by written request processed within 7-10 business days, with payment completion required.

Products Online

Elite KP Jewellery provides detailed product information online. Additional information is available through customer care email or toll-free number. Product availability may vary, and prices can fluctuate slightly based on market conditions.

Photography

Product photos are taken with care but may have minor variations in shade, design, or size due to lighting and camera effects, which customers acknowledge.

Product Customization

Custom design requests are subject to Elite KP Jewellery’s discretion. Customization costs apply.

Product Price

Prices include materials, craftsmanship, making charges, wastage, and taxes. Fluctuations in market prices may affect final prices payable. Handling charges may apply for delivery difficulties or payment gateway fees. Prices are updated regularly but can change without notice.

Payment and Order Confirmation

Payments accepted via credit/debit card, net banking, or NEFT. Users must observe their bank’s policies. Fraudulent use of cards or banking details is not the company's responsibility. Order cancellation and refund terms apply as per policy. Confirmation emails follow purchase finalization.

Return, Exchange, Refund Policy

Elite KP Jewellery offers a simple return and exchange policy subject to certain conditions including return within 7 days for dissatisfaction, with products in original condition. Defective products can be returned if unused. Customized items and gold coins have specific policies. Refunds and processing are handled promptly.

CANCELLATION AND FRAUD POLICIES

Orders can be cancelled by customers or the company under specific terms. Fraudulent transactions will lead to legal action and cost recovery.

Content Ownership and Privacy

All website content is owned by Elite KP Jewellery Limited and protected under copyright. Personal information is protected and not shared with third parties for marketing. Payments are processed securely by certified third-party gateways.

SHIPPING POLICY

Deliveries are within India, aiming for 7 to 21 working days. Shipping charges may apply for select locations. Customers must provide accurate recipient details and identification proof. Delays due to force majeure or courier issues are not the company’s liability.

Lifetime Exchange

Jewels purchased can be exchanged at showrooms for new items based on prevailing market value determined by Elite KP Jewellery.
